Lastly removed the steam bath tray and bake another 5 minutes. The cake was perfectly cooked, soft and fluffy but I discovered there is a thin layer of "kuih" at the bottom of the cake. Anywhere went wrong? 其实不算失败,只是蛋糕烤得还不够熟透,蛋糕体还有水份,所以倒扣就会整个掉下来...redyoyo 妳好,<br />其实不算失败,只是蛋糕烤得还不够熟透,蛋糕体还有水份,所以倒扣就会整个掉下来。<br />烤得完全熟透的蛋糕附着力是很好的,会牢牢粘着模具,不会一倒扣就掉下来。<br /><br />而且不管模具大小,蛋糕体高或矮,烤得全熟的蛋糕(戚风,相思和棉花),同样倒扣都是不会离模的,也不回缩。<br /><br />下次再调整下火温度,或者再延长烘烤时间多5-10或以上,至蛋糕全熟。<br /><br />加油,期待妳的分享哦!O(∩_∩)OI'M JJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16895836084150402922noreply@blogger.com
